1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Cloutso ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We provide a premium managed solution; our terms are designed to protect the integrity of our creative production and distribution protocols.
2. Description of Service
Cloutso provides a managed content creation and influencer distribution platform. We deliver strategic creative assets and coordinate placements with vetted creators on behalf of our clients. Our goal is to scale your brand authority through high-end creative direction.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Cloutso offers subscription plans with monthly and quarterly billing cycles. All fees are charged in advance for the upcoming period. Plan changes are scheduled to take effect at the end of your current billing cycle to ensure continuity of service. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
All sales are final due to the immediate allocation of production resources. Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of Cloutso and only in cases of verifiable non-delivery of specified deliverables.
4. Intellectual Property
All creative assets delivered through the Service are licensed to you for use upon approval and full payment. Cloutso retains the right to use anonymized versions of deliverables for portfolio and promotional purposes to demonstrate our high-end production capability, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Revisions and Approvals
Each plan includes a set number of revision requests per asset. Once revisions are exhausted, the delivered version is deemed final. Asset approval is the sole responsibility of the client; once an asset is moved to distribution, it is considered approved.
6. Limitation of Liability
Cloutso is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the Service relationship at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform and delivered assets will remain available until the end of your paid billing period.
